Cut the cabbage in half, remove the core, and finely shred it.
Peel and dice the onions finely, and grate the apples on a coarse grater.
Heat oil in a pan or pot and sauté the onions until translucent.
Add the shredded cabbage, bay leaf, allspice, and a few tablespoons of water. Simmer over low heat.
When the cabbage softens, add the apples, raisins, and honey. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix well and cook for a few more minutes until tender and fragrant.
