- Wash the potatoes thoroughly (do not peel) and place them in a roasting dish. Bake at 200°C for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, until soft. Remove and let cool. Make a diagonal cut in each potato. Scoop out the flesh, remove the skin, and mash it. Add grated cheese and finely chopped bacon, season with salt and pepper, and mix well. Lightly salt the cuts in the potatoes and place a small piece of butter inside. Fill the cuts with the stuffing and bake again at 200°C for about 15 minutes until golden. Enjoy!
